On 31 March, a group of young people from Dresden travelled with Ilya to Senftenberg to take part in an Easter service. They led the worship part of the service. Ilya said: “What we experienced was an extraordinarily powerful presence of God that touched us all deeply. Many found strong encouragement in this shared experience and felt God speaking to them personally. A truly uplifting day”.

On Sunday the 5th of November, Ilya and Rosa were in Senftenberg as part of the ReachOut project. Our Ukrainian and Russian-speaking partner church “Gottes Gemeinde” is located in Senftenberg. It was a great time with the church there. Michael, the local church leader, organised an interview with Rosa and Ilya. They discussed various topics such as integration, the German language, children’s services, etc. In total there were about 25 adults and 12 children.
