In the new year, the success or lack of success of your team will depend on the quality of your leadership. Do you want your church or your company or your ministry to grow in the coming year? Then you will have to grow and be open to new steps in your leadership.
First of all, accept that you are a “problem-solver”. That’s why you became a leader. Don’t be surprised when problems come, but see them as opportunities!
